Waiting staff
You take orders, carry plates, handle payment and keep an overview, even when every table outside is taken. Experience is welcome, staying friendly under pressure matters more. Some of our guests arrive by boat and speak English, so a few words help.
What the job involves
- Welcoming, seating and advising guests, indoors and on the terrace
- Taking orders, serving and clearing
- Handling payment, cash only
- Laying tables and keeping the dining room in order
- Keeping track of who is waiting when every seat is taken
When we need you
Most urgently from Friday midday to Sunday evening. Those are our busy days. Whether that turns into a mini job or something larger depends on what suits you. Just tell us when you are free and we will see whether it fits.
What to expect
- A small place with short distances. If you can do something, you get to show it. If you cannot do something yet, you get taught.
- A workplace at the water, looking out at the boats instead of a back yard.
- A boss who stands in the kitchen himself and knows what a busy Saturday feels like from the inside.
How to apply
Keep it simple: give us a call or send an email. A CV is welcome but not required. Tell us which of the two positions you mean and when you are available.
You will reach us fastest during opening hours. See both positions
